HONORABLE KATHLEEN A. SMITH
Mrs. Smith was appointed by Governor Crist as Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit on February 13, 2008. She has served the citizens of Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry and Lee Counties since 1990 as an Assistant and Assistant Deputy Public Defender. Mrs. Smith is a graduate of Cypress Lake High School, the University of Florida, and the University of Florida College of Law.
